AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i feel like im going to explode with anger.

THREE weeks ago i ordered a bulk of new tack for my new horse, all arrived (took a while though) the girth was too small so i sent it back as suggested and asked for an exchange.

It took almost two weeks, numerous emails and a link to the royal mail website to prove to them they had signed for the recieved girth. I then get told i have to ring up and pay the postage for new girth to be sent out... can i get hold of them? Can i hell!

Phone is constantly engaged, today is my 7th day of trying and i feel like ripping someones head off.

Oh no. I ordered a christmas present from them last week, haven't seen it yet, no response to my chasing email and can't get through on the phone which is constantly engaged. I hope they are still in business. I won't be happy if the christmas present doesn't arrive in time.

My OH ordered a bridle for me for Xmas from them back in November, beginning of December he received an e-mail to say wasnt in stock & would you like to go ahead with the order.

OH asked if it would be here in time for Xmas, they said sure. Last Wednesday money got taken out of our account for bridle, but then an e-mail the very next day said bridle not in stock until February 2012!!!!

OH said he wants refund & they are now saying refunds take 28 days......they were quick enough to take our money though for something out of stock!

Useless company!!

I hope you get it solved xx
