Bartl biosol washing solution

Has anyone used this? I have bought a bottle because the sheepskin went a bit funny when I washed the pad with ordinary washing powder. I think it dried the leather too much.
The instructions say I put the solution directly onto the pad and to use 4 capfuls. Do you think it would be ok to mix it in water and spray it on so it covers all the pad or does it not really matter as will just soak in in washing machine anyway. (sorry if being really dim). I assume I use only this and no washing powder. - The instructions are all in german and I've just a brief translation from a german colleague.
Has anyone tried it and thanks for any tips.

hi, i have used it, works really well, i just pour 4 cap fulls like instructions, into washing machine ( well on sheepskin side of numnah) and turn it on! it comes out all fluffy and nice, i didn't need to spray it on at all!
