I'm considering one of these for affil. eventing but not tried yet - are they any use for TB event-types?
And can you get the fit adjusted (other than a gullet change) e.g. flocked in certain areas to adjust?
Also any ideas on going rate for a second hand (but good nick) one?
Thanksies!

I had one, loved it to ride in, but it didn't help me much as my legs were too short for it really!! Some saddlers will adjust it, but not many... I sold mine for about £650 I think second hand in very good condition

Have got Albion K2 jumper at min and feel so restricted in it, even though it fits him fab - doh!

I've got one, I'm long from hip to thigh and it fits my leg perfectly and is very very comfy. Must admit I really dislike the Albion - found it very restrictive and the only time I've ever been bucked off was out of one of those! My mare is a 16.2hh TB and it fits her well.

If you go to a Bates specialist then they can add little fillet things to adjust the fit other than the gullet itself.

Someone on here has a second hand one for sale, can't remember her name but can visualise her signature - chestnut horse with a white blaze and think her xc colours are black and orange and she's from Aston le walls, hmmm, will rack my brains!
