Bateson top ramp door?

The top (fold up) back door of our Bateson Ascot is looking a bit rusty and has bent due to one of the arm bars breaking off. Ive tried contacting Bateson a few times to ask about buying a new door and a bar but have had no luck (they've always been very good in the past). Has anyone replaced this door? I also wondered if they did a door which folded up in two halves... right now its just one big top door but I would love the Ifor Williams idea of 2 seperate doors so I could close one right behind the horse if it was raining, if that makes sense. ?

Is it that you've contacted them & they've been unable to help or have ypou been unable to get through? I used to have a Bateson Deauville & when I contacted them they couldn't have been more helpful.

Ive had no reply. Yeah, theyve always been great when Ive contacted them before so Im surprised too. Ive now emailed where I bought the trailer from but the dealer is a 3 hour drive away so dont fancy having to go that far!

I'd try Bateson's themselves, I got my trailer from them directly and they where very helpful.
They'll probably be able to send by courier.
