TBH you wont change mans crulty or his disregard for life, human or animal. I still dont see what is achieved by saving these horses, because there are just 100's more waiting in the fields. What about all the cats/dogs being hit over the head, but while still alive being dipped into boiling water so their skin is softened enough to make skinning them easier, again very often they are still alive when they start that process. I cried when I witnessed that it still upsets me when those images come into my head. I have signed upteen pertitions against this & the slaughter of dolphines. Has any of it been stopped? No, and these things have been highlighed to us for years. It is no excuse not to try, but asking people to think about purchasing an animal that in all honesty is only fit for the meat man is not helping stop the live export of these animals.
