In the most recent programme I'm sure you will have noticed that top of the list came.... vegetarians.

Now, a studio with "antis" and "pros" for the next programme would be very amusing. Anne "Botox" Robinson is, of course, a keen pro.

Didn't I see a report somewhere about veggies children having lower IQ because of lack of iron.

These statistics are very dubious, more middle class people tend to be vegetarian and maybe middle class people tend to be better educated.

If you ask me compare a cow to a dog or a cat and there's your answer.

Eventually veggies will devolve into placid herbivores, whereas us carnivores will evolve into a hyper intelligent rapacious breed of super beings which will conquer the uuniverse.

Take your choice.

I was brought up on a diet of spinach from the garden (only thing that grew like a weed)eggs from the family hens and wild rabbit that my Dad shot regularly on the hills. I love meat in small doses(please, no wise cracks), love vegies, hate fruit, have six O levels and two Highers, I read constantly and can hold an intelligent conversation. Im pro turned anti. Now, what was the question? M.

Humm... So this explains why my grades dropped so dramatically after I became a veggie?

I've lost half my IQ thanks to giving up meat?

Better start scoffing those quater pounder bacon delux that us school leavers sell in mcdonalds before my uni exams then hadn't I....

Ohmygod a veggie pro,

does not compute,

stereotype malfunction,

prejudice in danger of slipping,

HELP!!

I know!

I was always in fear of going cubbing for that short while, lest the hunt secretary exploded when I asked for a veggie sausage in my bun!

Have agreed, however, to eat meat whilst in the maternal home, and then will do as I please when I'm on my own, or living with my permacarnivore ex-anti boyfriend (there's some irony in antis being the ones who eat meat on tap, and pros being the veggies... must be something about being in the countryside and knowing how farming works ;) ) - and as I do all the cooking anyways, he'll not know what he's eating...

*evil cackle*

I think I should start eating less meat again; but I have some lovely grass fed devon bullocks and I am going to choose a young and tender one for my Christmas lunch!

Fellow carnivores, lets all agree to eat humans that are jerks.... We might just clean up the planet and if it becomes popular enough, they might manufacture a toffu version of "human jackass" meat for our vegan friends....
