BD 2008 rule book

Mine has just arrived and I was looking at the points section on page 15.... now I am even more confused!

Its states

prelim 49 points
novice 124 points
Elementary 199 points
Medium 299 points
Advanced Medium 374 points
Advanced open to any horse...

Right.... before, a horse competing at prelim could have no more than 37 points, now we all know points were only awarded at Novice level. Correct????
So does this prelim number of points, mean points awarded at Novice level or are they now awarding points for prelim tests as well?????

no, thats the number of points you can get at novice level before you cant do prelim anymore.

Thats wthat the rule book came with "My BD mag" so watch your letter box!!! Thanks for that tempi! But wouldn't it be easier to start awarding points at Prelim level???

Mine arrived on Saturday- with the new Rulebook in the same packet.
