BD at the weekend - good day

Thought I'd do a quick post as had a fab day at East Soley BD. Josie did her first elementary, and won the class on 63.6% despite a costly mistake at the end where the wheels fell off slightly before our simple change!
Very very thrilled with her!

I know, gutted - if it hadn't been for the mistake we would have got it. Oh well!

Well done you - we had a mixed day down in Tewkesbury. 4 year old stallion won the open medium with 62.5% which was a good effort for his first time out, but came a dissapointing 4th with 57% in the second test! Judge said he was a striking horse, but still a little ubalanced which to be fair, did show on the long arena - at least he behaved himself which was the main thing, although medium canter was a little "excitable"!

Out again the next 2 weekends so see if we can improve.
