BD dressage tests

I ordered a test from them 2 weeks ago and still haven't recieved it. I have sent countless emails and phoned them, there blaming it on the snow! but on there website it says

Therefore snow wasn't even around when the order should have been dispatched. I am really annoyed, anyone else having these problems!

Is there any way I can just cancel by payment and be done with this!

I have sent emails to BD about other items and they have never responded. Maybe its the post office that are stuck in the snow

I'm not sure about cancelling your order but if you need it soon then try dressage diagrams, you can pay and download them, then print them off, Hope you get it sorted soon.

friend has kindly offered to photocopy hers which saves me from panicking tons

that's surprised me, whenever i've ordered tests off BD they have been realy prompt, once even coming next day!!!!
