Sorry first form ive filled out for BD!!

It says that I need to send a SAE, is this always necessary for all venues?

No, I don't always enclose it, just so they can send your sheets if you don't collect them.

I always used to send one, but I don't bother anymore and just keep one with me incase I want my sheet forwarded on, if I'm going to leave before the class finishes.

For some bigger shows ie regionals/premier leagues it is necessary so that they can forward tickets/other info to you. But most of the time it is not

I always do just in case because then they can send your test sheet on if for any reason you can't hang around til the end of the class - like when the class is huuuge and it's freezing!

I find that you can usually collect it at the show and recycle it! That way if they do need to send you something you are covered!
