BD Entry forms

Entering my first comp. On the form is asks for the horses Registration no. Is that a no. with BD? Only ask because he's not my horse, his owner and horse are registered but I don't know the number, it doesn't say on his details on their site. Or is it his society no? which is in his details on their site. Hope that makes sense.

If it's a BD thing I'll have to call his owner later.
