BD Qualifying Rules

Hi

I am finding the qualifying rules for BD really confusing.

In July we have had the following scores:

N22W Restricted 65.17%
N38WQ Restricted 65.48%
N22W Restricted 66.89%
N38WQ Restricted 65.16%

Have we qualified for the winter regionals?

Also has anyone been to the regionals before. Is it expensive to enter? Is it worth going with these kind of scores?

Hopefully l have this right!!! It is confusing!!

You need 19 point in total 10 at least from WQ AND 9 FROM W

You have 6 from WQ and 7 from W so not qualified yet.
