I've just been looking up British Dressage near me, surrey. Still got EquineAffairs open so just typing out the BD weekend venues that came up in my area search, hopefully be some help? (not heard of half of them before!)

Bluegate Hill Farm
Merrist Wood
Medstead Grange
Crofton Manor
Ekwest - chichester college
Brook farm
Stilebridge Barn
Pachesham

Thanks for that, the only ones i know are Medstead (too far for dressage tests really) and Merrist wood (about an hour, thats not so bad). I dont have Equine Affairs anymore so cant cechk my area...

She better do well if i'm going to be going miles.....best get some more lessons booked!!

You should be able to go on to the British Dressage website, look under Competitions and then Schedules and Equine Affairs will load into that. Then you will get more of an idea of all of the events running.

I am in West Sussex, can only do weekends, and tend to go to Ekwest (Pulborough), Step by Step (Royal Leisure, Henfield), Oldencraig (tend to do more weekend comps in the winter). That is pretty much it for me, unless I start travelling to Merrist Wood, Pachesham - but I find I can generally do 2 a month which I think is enough, sometimes 3.

Thats really useful gummybear, didn't realise Royal Leisure did BD. 2 a month will about right as need to alternate with show jumping other horse.
Am a bit scared of doing BD at Oldencraig, i felt outclassed at the unaff there (even though we were v well placed)....was nearly only one not on a fancy warmblood!!
