BD Regional at Gleneagles

Just seen on BD website that Regionals at Gleneagles have been cancelled due to the strangles problem.

Yes, just seen - so disappointing!!! Now need to see if our horse will qualify off qualifier scores - wonder what % they need to get through?

oh no, i knew they had not got rid of it as my massuse said that another was down the other week! what a shame but that place will be avoided liek the plague for a very long time!

Perhaps you could look at the qualifying scores at other venues to get a rough idea.

Try to have a good week whilst waiting for your letter anyway.

yes, booked accomodation and flight - but can cancel the accomodation at least.

now we will have to wait and see what % we need to qualify....

Thank you for your good wishes! I think he should get through medium open - he had 73% and 75% - but not so sure about elementary. He won an elmentary music on 73%, and 2 elementaries on 73% and 68%, but he only did those 2, so not sure if that will be good enough (he was a bit tired in the second one!). He is hopefully doing Blackdyke on 11th March, then eventing at Witton towards the end of the month.

If they don't take your horse given the percentages he has been getting they won't be able to take any of the competitors that were entered at Gleneagles!

Was in pony club with Ruth and remained friends ever since. You have the best jockey on board!
