BD results yet again sorry

The results from early July are still not up on the website

, I have emailed BD but as yet no reply (after 2 days). How long do BD usually take to respond to queries like this? Is anyone else having the same problems?
 
Who did you e-mail? They are normally quite quick, but when I had a problem this eact time last year, they told me they were busy with the Nationals

They should be up, I went on the other day and my results from Aug are up. They did say they were running behind due to the europeans and nationals coming up etc.
You're probably better off phoning than emailing, they are pretty polite and helpful over the phone
 
I just emailed the office email address which is on the website, there are results up for after Jul on my record but the music tests from Manor Farm on 11th Jul are no where to be seen. Perhaps I will give them a ring then thanks.
 
I was missing one from early July and they had the next show [at same venue] on so I emailed Charlene and she was away at Europeans but sorted it within a couple of days of getting back .
 
The music results sometimes take longer because they have to input them in chronological order due to the qualification being passed down. So your venue may have sent them in, but if another venue that held music classes before then hasn't then they have to wait for those.

Does that make sense?!
 
I emailed them because one set of Norton Heath were still not on from July. They emailed back the same day saying they hadn't received them and would chase it up. That was over a week ago. I will wait until next week and then chase again.
