BD Summer Championships- how do you qualify?

If the class is a qualifier is it just the first place person that qualifys?

Yes, and depending on the level, you have to win two qualifers...and again depending on the level with over a certain percentage.. Check your rule book.

Was reading the new rule book for bedtime reading last night, you have to win 2 qualifiers with the qualifying percentages!

I believe you have to come first in in one qualifier, and than 1st or 2nd in another with over 65%. this is from the rule book.
