BD test sheets - copyright

I've seen yet another FB post on the BD Forum (unofficial) where someone is asking for the preliminary freestyle sheet, and once again, people have obliged and publicly posted them. I'm seeing these requests almost daily now, with people happily obliging. Are BD test sheets no longer copyrighted ?

They still are afaik.

People just don't care about copyright (see also posting screenshots off photographer websites too )

In fact I've just zoomed in on one of the uploaded photos of the test sheet and it's clearly written at the bottom, so I've actually just answered my own question.
