I say possible as I have no concrete evidence but what has recently happened does nothing but make me put 2 & 2 together and get 4! I do not know full facts but would rather tell of what I do know and make you a bit more alert than keep quite and have something bad happen.

The local hunt lorry required a new tyre the other week. Nothing strange in that I know but it was the result of a large cut. Then for what must be only the second time this season we have 2 young "monitors" join us the other Saturday. And today my dad has a tyre go on his lorry and the mechanic says it has a very big cut in it and needs replacing. Cuts don't happen just like that!

Please be alert those that follow in the Lincolnshire area it may be nothing but it may also be people who do not realise the consequences of their actions at play.

If you are someone who would slash a tyre on a hunt followers lorry and you are reading consider this. The tyre you slash holds out until the lorry/trailer is travelling down a main road at 45mph, then it gives way and flips the vehicle. Traffic travelling in the opporsite direction is hit with injuries to innocent people. You may detest the hunt supporter but how can you justify causing injury, pain and suffering to people who have nothing to do with it? Just think before you take a knife to the tyre next time.

That is disgusting! I can't understand this! Sabs recon it is all for animal rights but yet they don't mind hurting and injuring horses and hounds, the worst I have seen is a hound being ran over on purpose. The car actually swerved into the road to get the hound!

Like I say silversong I have no "evidence" that it is foul play but wanted to warn people. I know this sort of thing has happend in the past and don't see why it would stop, even though we hunt within the law, but realise it has abaited at least.

Hopefully it is just freak coincidence but felt compelled to share things with everyone.

I know what you mean. Unfortunatly when the hound was ran over, we had no evidence of wether it was a sab or not apart from the huntsmans word, as he was the only one to see it! Which hunt are you with, just one of my cousin hunts down in Lincolnshire?!
