BE ballot... How soon will I know?

Have entered my first BE competition on a ticket and the ballot date has just passed, how will I know if I'm in and how soon?

Feeling very impatient!

You should know immediately, if you go onto the event schedule it will take you to the entry lists, possibly through BDWP, and any balloted entries will show, if you have entered Weston Park then it looks as if they are still taking entries so have not balloted.

Often they post a message at the top of the page to let people know if they are balloting or if the entries are still open it usually indicates no ballot has taken place.

Sometimes it seems to take days before the lists to come up though, I thought it was straight away but I have found its not normally that quick. But yes if they still have entries open after the ballot date then you should be fine if you have already entered.

Thank you, yes it is Weston Park! I know they balloted quite a few last year so have been quite anxious! I have Calmsden as a back up plan if I don't get in but know their ballot date is also looming...

You'll be in, they are still accepting entries in all classes, I entered yesterday after the ballot time.
