Having had a slightly delayed start to the season, I am trying to plan our summer outings and need some help! I had originally planned to move the fat grey pony up to novice at richmond this weekend but that plan was abandoned when he injured his leg in the field the week before oasby 
we are now looking at July/Aug for the move up, but unlike richmond I havent ridden any of the possibles at BE100 to have an idea of the courses!
If if all runs smoothly what would be the best events in the midlands for a first novice? The ones I am thinking of going to are: Buckminster, Aston-le-walls (2 or 3) Carlton and Winkburn/Milton Keynes. Any opinions on these or any other suggestions?
