If you compete on a day pass do you still earn BE points as you would on full membership?

I'm just trying to check it isn't like jumping on a ticket/hc.
 
I am almost certain you do, you also get a rosette and prizes if you do well, BS on a ticket was extremely disappointing the few times we did it as they don't even acknowledge the placing you may have gained let alone get a rosette.
 
Yes but you can only use a Day Pass for the lower levels so it's Foundation Points rather than BE points, but count towards MERs. If you qualify for champs via a ticket, you need to a be a full member to compete.

Thanks. What level do you start getting BE points at?
I don't think I know what MERs are...?

Just want to do one BE80 next year

Yeah that's what I was worrying about. I know BS is like you're not even there really.

You get Foundation points at BE90/100, not at 80 , using a day pass at that level is fairly normal and you are treated as a full competitor so can take advantage of the trainer being in the warm ups and join the course walks which can be really useful.
 
While I'm on it, could anyone help with understanding the schedule.
I'm thinking of entering it next year and I know it could be completely different but it's got me wondering.
I don't understand the BC before the BE80(T) class that is on the Sunday or why there are 2 BE80 classes. Screenshot_20191013_194118_com.android.chrome.jpg
 
I’m not sure which event the schedule is for, but is the BC the rearranged 80T British Championships? It was due to be at Kelsall but they had to abandon the final day.
