It is so complicated.... Rah!

Ok so I contacted BE as I wanted Day ticket refund; they said must have a vert certificate to say he has been unfit etc.

So Ive got that and was just getting ready to send it; and realised vet cert has his stable name, and BE ticket has his show name; do you think it will matter? Both say he is a grey 6 yo. Shall I just send it and hope its OK?

BE are quite strict on this kind of thing when we wanted our membership fees bk because jonty had done a tendon injury they wanted breeding age and full name wid vet note..... and they rung our vet too i think,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I found it really easy! I didn't have to supply a vets cert. I had 2 day tickts - one I won through Your Horse and another that I'd bought at the start of this year to attempt JAS. I phoned them and said that I was unable to use the one I had won because Lude's was recovering from surgery and wouldn't be back in action this year. I asked them if they wanted it back or could I give it someone else and they said just send back to them and they would reissue it in 2007. I chanced my arm and also sent the one I bought and the email they sent back said they'd reissue both of them! One very chuffed bunny

I won a day ticket, decided what even I was interested in, but then things went wrong with the horse and couldn't use it, when I contact BE they said sorry but no refund will be given unless you have a vets certificate, so that really stuffed me as the horse wasn't under the vet..........wasn't really impressed with them, I thought they were trying to promot the sport, if they had offered to re-issue it than that would of been great, but no they point blank refused....... Might just send it back and see what happens........

I used to work at B.E. should be fine if description same (especially if only have 1 horse registered), just explain stable name. And send it to Anne or Judy as they are very approachable!
