BE dressage - NS Training bit legal?

Can anyone confirm if the NS loose ring turtle top bit is definately legal for BE dressage please? I've been told yes by someone but just want to double check, dont fancy getting eliminated because of it! Its this one:- http://nsbits.com/product/turtle-top0000012300001/

I can also definately use a grackle noseband for the dressage too? (only ever used a plain cavesson in the past so never had to ask!).

as far as i am aware that bit is dressage legal there is no reason it wouldn't be that i can see.

Grackles are legal for BE Dressage

That bit is BD dressage legal so I can't imagine why BE would have a problem with it.

I'm pretty sure this is legal, I think I've competed in something very similar
