BE question bits!!

i hav been told that you are only alould one type of metal on your horses bit for the dresage when BE eventing , does anyone know is
if this is right? my horse has a cheek snaffle with a copper losgninge in the middle wuld it be legal?!

The bits are pretty similar to BD. They allowed a mix of metals a while ago. We have yet to have a bit checked BE.

I've been competing with a sweet iron with copper lozenge for ages and the only people who don't let you are RC/PC and i just dont let them take off the flash to look in (as genuinely would send horse wappy!). Sure its fine BE though?
