Hi there, hoping one of you knowledgeable BE people can help me out here - I'm hoping to register my newbie with BE later in the year with a view to doing a couple of BE80s. I am aware that I have to send a copy of her passport for her details to be registered but what happens if there is no height recorded in the passport?

Just wondered if it mattered as I've only registered one horse before!

Thanks in advance from a usually lurking type!!

Height isn't as important with BE as it is with BS - or showing. You have no "maximum" height (Unless competing in national pony classes) only a minimum so as long as your horse is over the minimum heights for what you want to do then no-one minds over much what the height actually is. For 80T the animal must be a minimum of 137cm. For everything else they must be 142cm.
