BE Website - is it broken?

Can't get onto it - just get random lines of code

Does anyone else get this or is it just my dodgy laptop

With the BE site broke can anyone tell me if I will get a refund for the half I didn't get when I withrdrew my horse last week? Would sure sweeten the weekend as have a lame ponio and lost £35

BDWP are asking people to stop entering events as the BE website won't process the entries, it's obviously not just a superficial crash!
