Beach access - Berrow and Brean Sands?

For many years we have bought our Pony Club members to ride on the beach at Berrow during October half term, using the access onto the sand opposite Unity Farm. Is this access ramp repaired now, or is there access onto the beach further north along Coast Road towards Brean?

Yes, but is that just the Unity Farm access or also the northern access at the top end of the beach too?

I think it is only berrow (ramp is repaired now)
brean I don't think is run by the council.
