Beach fitness rides

Hi there Is there anybody on here who knows of any good beaches in the south opened to riders? (Kent? Sussex?)
I mean those suitable for fast work...

How about Camber Sands on the Kent/ Sussex border - 3 miles of open sands - but last time I went we had to share with about 40 people practising Tai Chi!!

Do I need to obtain any permit? There would be two, maybe three horses involved...
