Has anyone taken their horse on holiday to the sea side, rather than just for a day trip? If so, where did you go and would you recommend it?

We stayed at Hackney Park in Sway and we boxed down to the beach , it was half hr I think maybe less.
Horses stayed on grass livery there too.
I have been there about 4 times over the years

I have been on holiday to the beach with my friend and our horses, it was AMAZING!!
We stayed at Home Farm Stables in Norfolk, the horses lived out in some fields just across the road whilst we stayed in the b&b. The beach was a 5 min walk down the road, there was also some brilliant in land hacking which included the beach at the end.
Unfortunately I'm pretty sure they have now stopped it but they might be reopening it under new management (not 100% sure though). Certainly would be worth checking that, I would post the link but im on my phone.

i would like to take my girly on a weekend break to west wittering i found a place that does weekend livery and a b&b just up the road and it wasnt that expensiive

Another vote for home farm. Right by the beach and great facilities. New Management though I hear.

Another vote for Holme Farm Stables in Norfolk!
Went with a friend in July, horses shared a field for 3 days and we had a lovely twin room, excellent hacking along beach and inland, nice little pub walking distance from the B&B too
