Beach ride!

Hi there :) I'm a bit of a newbie (though have lurked for a while) and this is my first thread so apologies if it's in the wrong place, just wanted to share some photos I took today!

Took my baby horse Baz to the beach (his first time ever) and it was just brilliant - we had a lovely long gallop, went into the see up to his knees and raced my mum on her pony (who won because he is a tank and I wanted mine to stay in a rhythm :p). Baz went on the buckle end and we even jumped some driftwood, I was very impressed with his behaviour.

My view (sorry it's enormous, bit clueless as to why):

Hope everyone else has enjoyed a lovely sunny Saturday with their horses too :)
 
I was at the beach today too! Except mine was the nanny for my friends 3yo first time so no gallops even though Juno was dying to go. Pinged along the whole way it was great:D

Laughing in the pic because I nearly fell off 30 seconds beforehand...gotta love horses. You have a much better beach, look at the size of it! Looks like you had a great time, lucky you:)

We are very lucky to have a 7 mile stretch a short drive from us

Perfect day for a beach ride! I can't see the pic but sounds exciting, haha!
