Does anyone know of beaches on the Lincolnshire coast that allow horses?
I'm trying to arrange a yard beach ride and thus need to find a beach!! Does anyone know of any that allow riders or know of any websites etc that would tell me?
Thank you

I think there is one at mable*something* possibly mablethorpe(?) you can ride on. Its free and you just park in car park for some sealife centre.

Our PC did a beach ride last Oct at Anderby Creek which is just north of Mablethorpe. Best bet would be to ring the local council and check where you can and cannot go.

If you do go, beware of 'troughs', one of our PC members cantered along the waters edge and the sand dipped and she and her pony tumbled right over into the deep water. Both ok, thankfully.

Anyway, enjoy.

Yes, it's Mablethorpe.

But not sure if you can ride there in 'high season'. Need to check with local council first.

Cleethorpes beach, I spent every day on there riding in the sea and popping break waters when i was a kid well right up to being 24!! You can park up at the fitties there is a large carpark and a little cafe.
