Beach Rides

really great fun???? I ache from head to toe, cos my placid tractor donkey turned into animal from HELL. I will never get my shoulders back into their sockets ever again. We got covered in wet, cold sand (concrete) from the cantering giraffe friend in front....No amount of saddle soap will remove the amount of excess salt / grit from my tack. Have now decided to keep to slow country hacks..............Pictures of galloping gently in the breaking waves will be left to my imagination and the films cos reality was not pleasant.. Be Warned.

I love beach rides but they can bring out the worst in a horse.

Beach rides are one of the big things I am missing now I cant ride! cant watch the muller advert with mary the cow running along the sand without getting a lump in my throat and a tear!
