Beach riding -south wales

Aberavon is great - easy access and parking down the west end. Swansea bay - again parking at various points along the beach and you can ride the entire beach this time of year. And rhossili, three cliffs, caswell, down the Gower- various places for parking and opportunities to do amazing rides up in rhossili down or cefn bryn as well as the beaches.

Brill, thanks you two. Will look these up shortly.

At this time of year, is there much 'other' traffic on these beaches. Like those wind things... Buggies with kites I mean or on wheels. You know! Or big kites, motor bikes etc?

This^^ Three Cliffs is fantastic, never ridden on it myself but see lots of riders down there also Cefn Bryn is beautiful, I have ridden there many times. Cefn Sidan in Llanelli is a fantastic beach as it is so long but I think you have to have a licence to ride down there.

There are on Cefn Sidan but they are only allowed to use certain parts of the beach and it is a very big beach with plenty of room for everyone. There is nothing like that on Three Cliffs but may be plenty of people and dogs and occasionally cattle.
