OH and I had a day out last month and on the way back we stopped off at Termonfeckin (don't laugh - there is such a place, it is just north of Drogheda) which is about 10 miles of truly beautiful golden sand.

Had brought Poppy's tennis ball and thrower with us, and she ran manically for at least 45 min chasing ehr ball up and down the beach and barking at OH if he wasn't throwing it fast enough. We were in fits laughing at her.

It was about 6pm, so a tiny bit dark for photography, but hopefully got a few that were OK!!

Look at those little legs go.

We ought to start a transatlantic terrier fetch team; Stella would be proud to have Poppy among the Beserk Ballers ranks!

Thanks guys.

Her legs go a bit too fast for her sometimes, and she goes a over t (also quite funny to watch)!!

Terrier fetch team sounds good!!

I have similar JRT, those short types but mines so fast that he often misses the ball and when he tries to catch it at full pelt he would somsault! funny dog! When i get my new phone i will take some proper photos...

Poppy seems to have enjoyed her beach fun.. I live very near to the ocean but our beach is stones!

We were playing "football" in the yard this evening, and if I lobbed the ball over P's head she was doing a backflip to try to get to it. Of course I didn't have the camera out with me!! As I said to OH "I bet you never thought you would have to improve your footballing skills just so you could play with the dog".

But Hampshire is a lovely part of the world, my bro lives in Bramshott and has so many fab walks to go to.
