Always used to be horses on Minehead beach, but not during the tourist season.

Yes, Brean/Berrow is great with good parking.

Brean/Berrow - no fee in the 'off season'. You can park on the beach which is fine even in a lorry. However you MUST NOT go out to the sea - there is quick sand and it is quite notorious. You need to stay up near the dunes.

I think you can also ride at Weston, but not sure on access, etc.
