I have been asked today to try and find a new home for a little beagle bitch.
Her owners have had a change in circs and can no longer afford to keep her plus pay for pet insurance etc etc.
She is two years old, KC registered good with children and house trained. I have no idea yet of her vaccination status and whether she has been neutered....(although I very much doubt they have neglected to vaccinate her, one can never be totally sure). I will chip her before she gets a new home.
That is all I know until I have met her (which will be at some point in the next day or two.
This little bitch has been passed from pillar to post, and now needs some security in her life....these people took her on to avoid this very scenario...they are totally devastated.
The dog is currently in Bracknell Berkshire but for the right home can travel!!!
If you think you can give her a home PM me please

LOL Pucci!
Ok....update...her name is Chilli, she is a lovely little girl.
In the last six months she has had no fewer than 3 homes. The previous homes all said the same thing....she needs an active home! The people who have her now are gutted, they expected to have her indefinately, but thats all gone to pot now.
She is vaccinated, but forgot to check if she was spayed!
I am going to get her some time over the weekend, introduce her to my mob, and then see where we are at.
Those who have PM'd me, I will get back to you asap when I know everything I can.
She is a bit podgy but nothing a good diet and some decent walks wont shift!
I'll upload pictures later when I can get the damned phone to work!

Don't let Galupy see this or she'll be buying it a plane ticket to Logan International!

LOL PNP, I was deliberately staying out of here in case there were pictures ... although being in another country helps with the temptation.

Nice going joeanne, I love my beags even though they are "special" :D. A tired beagle is a happy owner as I like to say. I definitely do recommend them as loving and loyal dogs though and it sounds like this little girl needs some stability badly. Let us know how it goes and oh yes, we do need pictures :).

If only we were allowed dogs where we live...my opinion of beagles has completely changed since dog sitting for one. Really lovely dogs and super intelligent, just need a bit of understanding about the breed.

Hope Chilli finds her forever home.

My friend had beagles when she was younger so might well be interested and is very beagle socialised! I will ask her but need to ask how Chilli reacts to cats?
