Beagles

Hi, I'm looking for a new pup and am considering a beagle. I've always had Border collies but my old gal died last September. I still have my 12 year old Lab and 5 year old Cavalier. I like the Beagle - the breed seems to be what we want. Just wondered if anyone has any info about having a beagle in the family or any advice re finding a pup. Thanks

Stubborn, vocal, pack animal, food obsessed, still very much a hunting/tracking hound at heart.

Charming, robust, fun little dogs but they are ruled by their noses, not known for good recall!
