I could be wrong, but I believe they are puppy farmed dogs in Harrods It is certainly not a responsible way to get a dog, as you can have no idea what the parents are like, or how the dog started life.
Depends on whether you want to buy a dog, or a cute puppy on the spur of the moment I guess. If I got a puppy, I'd be buying the puppy for it to grow into a dog and have that in mind always, but I suppose for some people it's no more than buying a teddy So they get exactly what they want, when they want it, and don't think about anything else.
