We are really considering buying this foal, I have actually ridden some of the other ponies her dad has produced and they make very good little ponies. She has the makings of a nice little pony and should make about 13.2 (but i'm not very good on heights!). has a lovely nature, and despite her mum being very nervous she is the complet oppostie and comes cantering up to the gate to see me

She will be a project to either keep and loan out or sell on...depending on how she turns out- that will be decided at a later date. I now have all the suppot that is needed and my riding instructor breeds horses.

not registered, she needs to see a farrier, handled but not much, not been vaccinated or microchipped...baisically she's not had anything done to her/with her. She follows me around the field, is very playfull and i can shake a plastic bag around her and she doesn't move!

My friend knows her breeder, her dad is as laid back as anything you can go in the field with all the mares and the stallion. Everyone i know that has seen her and knows me said we should get her....but I need to know how much she is worth/how much we should offer then go from there and discuss things with the owner....etc. Are there any other questions i should ask, or anything that i should look at???

some piccies: i know you've seen them all before

From the photos she looks like a quality coloured - although without seeing them in the flesh it can be difficult. To be honest coloured foals do seem to go for silly money in most cases. I would say somewhere between £600 - £1000 would be a fair price to pay.
