I have matting for both of mine, and both are on shavings (althouh Han goes on Nedz Bedz next weekend!). Hannah is unclipped this year (I hate it) and is not wearing a rug at all as she has to toughen up for when the foalie comes in a months time.

my gee is out from about 9 till 4-4:30, she is in a middle weight with a neck out and a fleece and middleweight indoors. we like to keep her a bit finer and she has a flattish shiny coat. she is on rubber matting with hemcore as new yard oly does hemcore or straw and she would probably eat it!!

It seems slightly peverse going from gender, to something that does not quite fit, to sexual orientation and then 2 questions that could be misconstrewed.

Female, horse on straw, out for a few hours a day (he doesn't do bad weather lol - if it is remotely bad weather he will just stand by the gate neighing until you bring him in

) not clipped, in a light weight rug.
