Becoming a saddler

I would like to pursue a career in saddlery but dont really know where to start :s

Does anyone know what college i should go to and what course i need to take to start off in saddlery?

There are a number of courses around the country, but the main centre is still Walsall (near Birmingham). http://www.walsall.gov.uk/index/leisure_and_culture/leathermuseum/training.htm

It's good fun . I started a course, but overdid the practice and damaged my wrists/hands and had to give up
