Bedfordshire, Southill ride Sun Oct 3rd, anyone from here going?

I did this ride 2 years ago, 2 weeks before I lost my lovely old horse. It is in beautiful parkland, with minimal roadwork and optional jumps (only a few).
Would love to do it again this year, but have no one to go with. As I have not done anything like this with Harvey yet, would love a sane person(s) to join up with. Lost my nerve during last year, so not into galloping around madly!
Would anyone like to go with me, or can I tag along with someone?

Whereabouts are you from? I am based in Langford in Bedfordshire. Southill is about 3 or 4 miles from me and I'd love to do something like this, unfortunately my horse is not entirely sane and I think she would explode! The most I have done with other horses so far was going on a short walk and trot hack with a friend yesterday. Maybe I could do it next year!

I hope that you can find someone to join you and I'm sorry that it can't be me.

I am in Maulden, so only a few miles from you. Sounds like our horses are complete opposites! Harvey, so far is pretty much as bombproof as you can get, however, I would like him to stay that way!
Just hoping to find someone who wouldn't mind me tagging along, who just wants to take it steady, such a shame we can't go together! The ride is only every 2 years, so hopefully your mare will be good and ready for the next one.
