Been given some money!!

Forgot (how did I do that??) that I had lent a mate some money for their hay in Sept & have just been given a handful of cash...

So off to boot-shop tomorrow (and stock up on Fuzzies bedding for Feb/March)

Best to buy Brossard OR Bancroft boots? Has anyone here had both & could give me a quick comparison on each?

I got a fiver back I'd forgotten about this week and was pretty damn pleased with that. But that's only a couple of bales of straw so not very much to get excited over

Jesstinsel - It was one of those things, last min call of delivery - her cashpoint said no, mine said yes.
I think it got overlooked cos OH sold a few bits & bobs on Fleabay that week too & this went into the joint account... hence the not noticing lack of 200 squids.

She was v embarrassed as had promised to pay at end of Sept & thought I'd be pished off with her (I was for a bit tonight) but at least she came up with it all

You must be richer than me. I would so totally notice £200 quid missing (would have to go without food for a month and food is dear to my heart!), and I'd be pished! lol

Lol, OH had over £400 in then (unusual tho) from his flogging of stuff
