Went back for her second lot of shockwave treatment and vet asked how she was going so I replied that I was going to give her a year off and then very quickly said put her in foal and if she doesn't come right after a year / 18 months then she never will.
The vet replied "perfect"
I know she's my horse and I love her to bits (99% of the time) but I was wondering if he'd say it was a bad idea. He then said after the shockwave I'll do the bloods and swab ! So there we are - this time next year I'll hopefully be the owner of two horses - the plan is keepsies for the foal and mum can go on loan to someone who wants a hack and maybe show (ROR)

Just incase anyone missed my previous posts she has arthritis in her hock although responded brilliantly to cortisone and 'issues' with her suspensories hence the shockwave treatment. Vet is very optimistic but doubts she'll stand up to Dressage full on which is my main love.

Apologising now for any mistakes or odd words as in the bath and on the phone :D
