Thanks, she's still very green, so needs to build up some neck muscle and get working from behind more. Just working on getting her balanced for now and getting her to understand rider aids, she's 13, but has been kept as a big pet all her life in a previous home:).

She certainly doesn't look much like a Tb does she? Wish I could get that neck thicker though, but difficult to get her working from behind as mild bone spavin
Chaff, Baileys conditioning cubes, linseed oil, and ad lib hay btw. Oh - and cortaflex.
Pessoa x 3 weekly

I work full time.:o so .....................

She gets hacked twice every weekend, road work .... going to have some lessons as soon as it warms up to get her used to rider weight while working in an outline. I did have the instructor ride her once or twice a week too, but have had to cut back due to the expense - am looking desperately for a sharer at the mo to keep her ticking over during the week ....:)

wow! Really impressed with the difference, have you found she rides a lot more differently to ?

I've heard great thing about the Pessoa, (so much so I brought one) but have never used it properly as I've been to frightened of doing it wrong on my horse. I brought one as I was told they are great at getting them to use their bum and lift their tummy. Would you agree ?

Pessoa does everything, I think, well it has so far for May. If you look at the 2 middle pics on the top link, you can see what it has done for her chest too!!

Riding is better as she used to give the odd buck in canter due to a twinge, given her now VERY strong back that's stopped. She still evades coming down and round though with rider weight, so needs lots more ridden work.

She compensated through her back due to bone spavin - the pessoa has given her the correct musclature, I think.:)

Oh wow! She's gorgeous, looking much more grown up and mature now. Loving how her orangeness! Looking forward to more pics :)

What? I can't see much difference apart from some weight put on. Still knife-necked and heavily on the forehand... maybe my laptop's upside down....

Think I'll go with the majority of the positive comments as opposed to the minority negative comment from you:)
