Love the pics. Out of interest, do they teach them to stand like the top one for showing? She looks much nicer in the others.

They are trained to stand like that and looking at the pic I would say she was either 'placed' like that in the first one and the handler then stepped away from her when the photo was taken - I agree it looks exaggerated in the topline, she is over-stretched and her hock is almost flush to the ground

This is her being placed by me on the day she arrived (not a great pic, my mum threw something so she would put her ears up and she looks very swan-necked)

However a lot of them move into the position naturally, like she has done in the second pic, I think her mum has a nice natural stance on a loose lead ^^^ and here is B doing it naturally

I agree they look a lot better when they move into it rather than being pushed and pulled - a good judge will see the dog's good and bad points, no matter what way the handler stacks them!
Neither of mine are shown though.

she is in fantastic condition at the minute...it is so weird, her coat has always been fab, B has always been allergy-prone and he is busy removing his at the moment...flipping dogs!

Yep - she is quite a foxy red like her dam, but it doesn't always show in the pics. I also never realised how pronounced the 'bitch stripe' along her back is until I looked at the pics, either, but apart from that she has kept her colour really well.

My favourite spivs asked me recently if I was going to breed her because she had a nice face and she was a lovely colour

I have to try and handle a bitch like that, she is a stunner but just collapses in what looks like a fit of the giggles and asks for a tummy rub the minute I go anywhere near her midsection
