hi,
has anyone had experience with bemer? especially the rug and the leg cuffs? thoughts? i want to buy a second hand one for my ottb, but i don’t know if it’s worth it yet.

I have experience with the activo med rugs and found them really useful. We sometimes used them for warming up but mostly for recovery.

We had a physio at the time who used bemer instead and she reckoned that the two had the same effect but bemer had the advantage of being a lighter rug

Unfortunately no experience with the leg cuffs!
