but did see a horse fall at the water, a very slow somersault but thanlkfully rider and horse were fine and walked away.

I think that's in the Pro-Am competition thing they're doing.

A professional rider is teamed with an amateur and their marks are combined from all 3 phases win something for some reason (they keep referring to it on the tannoy but don't know any more then that and not sure who the pairs are).

Agreed! Did a course walk with her at Gatcombe and she came across as a really lovely person yet somewhat in the shadows of "bigger names" - its about time she had her day...
