berkshire livery?

what would you charge for full/part livery in Berkshire at has, Olympic size arena, massive foaling size stables that are new, hacking with no road work, all year turnout, horse walker?

you'd be best doing some investigating to enquire what the competition are charging...
What you would include in your part and full livery etc... but off road hacking is a definate plus in my eyes I would have that over road hacking.

Merlywerly thanks, im looking on people websites but not many talk about charges the part is everything but riding and full with riding and yes all year turnout.

i would say you should do diy they i will come move there desperate to find a new yard!!lol!!

Prices round here are quite high - 7day part livery so my interpretation being the owner does the grooming riding and extras and the horses day to day care all part of the livery, seems to be between 400 and 500 a month. If good facilities I would say the higher end of that though!
