Been asked today whats a good all round vitamin supplement for a horse in light work on good haylage? Not too expensive. Suggestions would be greatfully received.
Thanks

I have seen that NAF do a general purpose supplement. I am considering using this through out the summer with a handful of high fi light to try and keep her weight down. Would also be interested to see if people have any other recommendations.
I found this one to be good, http://www.horsesupplementsdirect.co.uk/horse_pony_multi_vitamin_supplements/
slightly more cost effective (with free delivery) than the naf general purpose supplement. Horse looks healthy etc so pleased with results, but for even more cost effectiveness I've moved onto propell plus which is a balanced supply of vits/mins and contains echinaecia (sp?!) plus iron for horses requiring a bit of a 'pick me up' and with the 3.8 litre bottle makes it even more cost effective.
Baileys Lo Cal is brilliant and very cost effective. Pink Powder is also good. Both Balancers. I pay £23 for my Lo Cal which lasts 2 months. Pink Powder is £14 and also last 2 months.
Just for Vits and Mins I have used Equivite and heard excellent things about Benevit. However, if horse has access to good haylage and grazing then I would be tempted to go with a Vit/Min lick.
